Four men on Friday, 15 February robbed a gaming cafe in Kasarani’s Sunton area.

The incident took place at exactly 9.17 pm at Afrik Gaming Cafe near the bus terminal. First to walk in were three men, one wielding a gun followed by a fourth man in a helmet, also carrying a pistol.

As one mans the door, the others ransack the place and steal valuables of at least 15 customers present.

They are able to walk away with four television sets, a laptop, hard disk drives and 25000 from the counter within five minutes.

Kahawa Tungu understands that the matter was later reported at Sunton Police Station under OB: 26/15/02/2019.

Earlier on in the day two men were caught on camera surveying the area. We understand that they showed up at the gaming cafe pretending to purchase movies.

One of the men adorned a camouflage t-shirt and the other while inside the cafe looked right at the camera. He was wearing a grey t-shirt.

Here is the fifteen minute footage obtained from cameras from the adjacent building:

On January 14, a three minute video clip surfaced online showing two armed gun men steal from an MPesa shop.

They took valuables belonging to innocent customers and cash from the safe.
