Kenyans Set To Dig Deeper Into Their Pockets As Fuel Prices Go Up

Fuel costs are set to go up according to the Energy Regulatory commission.The increase will roll out from September 15 and run up until October 14.

The prices are a consequence of the average landed price of the Super Petrol increasing from Ksh. 521.70 to Ksh,560.40 which is a 7.48% increase and Diesel up from Ksh.472.24 to Ksh.479.21 an increase by 1.48%.

The exchange of the dollar is also a cause for the increase in the fuel price.

Kenyans will be forced to dig deeper in their pockets for the said period.
