Gina Din PR founder Gina Din Kariuki has now recruited a leading marketing and advertising guru from US, Tilo Ponders, to revamp and relaunch the PR unit. Gina Din herself will remain as the boss (Chair or CEO) while Tilo will be involved in the day to day management of the agency
The move which has been in the works for the last few weeks has led to the recent sacking of Eddy Ndegwa and planned relaunch which will see the agency recruit more staff members.
In the meantime, Gina Din is looking to sweet talk former staff members who left or were retrenched by Eddy Ndegwa. Already Gina Dina has met with a 5 or so of them and more meetings are scheduled in the next few weeks.
Tilo has had a long time relationship with Gina Din and the Jeremiah Nyagah family having worked on some projects with the PR guru. SOme of the Gina Din documentaries produced by Tilo Ponders are as below
Tilo is also known to be a facilitator in some local and international creative sessions like the the Shika Creative Brainstorm sessions sponsored by HomeBoyz Foundation and other corporates.
