Gor Mahia will face Malawi’s Nyasa Big Bullets in a make or break CAF Champions League preliminary round second leg match at Kamuzu Stadium, Blantyre Wednesday.
The team travelled in two batches with the last lot arriving in the Southern African nation Tuesday at 3.30pm local time and managed to train with the rest at the match venue later in the evening.
The Turkish Cypriot coach Hassan Oktay oversaw the training together with Zedekiah “Zico” Otieno, who has been the stand-in coach since Englishman Dylan Kerr ditched the club.
Kahawa Tungu sources report a good mood in camp and the players are raring to finish the job they started in Nairobi one week back.
K’Ogalo carry a slim 1-0 advantage into the potentially explosive encounter and will need at least a draw or a 2-1 loss to sail through to the first round of the premium club championship in Africa.
The Kenyan champions will need to dust off Sunday’s 1-0 loss to Kariobangi Sharks in the Super Cup and rise to the occasion.

Big Bullets on the other hand geared up to the clash with a convincing 2-0 win over Tigers FC in the Malawian Super League on Sunday with danger-man Chiukepo Msowoya opening the scoring.
The aggregate winner will play Lobi Stars of Nigeria or UMS de Loum of Cameroon in the final round before the lucrative group stage.
The match will kick-off at 3.30pm Kenyan time (2.30pm Malawian time) and will be LIVE online on Mibawa TV on Facebook.
