Graziella Schmitt, born Graziella de Cássia Schmitt Silva on May 26, 1981, in Três de Maio, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, is a prominent Brazilian actress known for her work in television, film, and theater.
She stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall and has built a career spanning nearly three decades in the entertainment industry.
Schmitt is married to actor Paulo Leal since 2015, and the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Constance, in 2019.
Her parents are Luciana Schmitt Silva and Luis Augusto Ckless Silva, and she grew up in a family that supported her early entry into show business.

Graziella has one sibling, a younger brother named Luiz Gustavo Schmitt Silva.

Career
Schmitt’s career began in 1995 when she started as a paquita, serving as a dancer and stage assistant on the popular children’s show Xuxa Park on Rede Globo, a role she held until 2000.

In 1999, she made her film debut with a small role as a student in Xuxa Requebra.
She gained further recognition in 2002 by portraying Laila in the TV series Sandy & Junior and serving as a presenter on TV Globinho, both on Rede Globo.
Between 2004 and 2005, Schmitt played Viviane Reis, known as Vivi, a stereotypical popular girl, in the teen telenovela Malhação on Rede Globo.
She continued with guest appearances, including Renatinha in Pé na Jaca in 2007, Mina in Por Toda Minha Vida in 2008, and Tina Tinia in A Favorita that same year.
In 2009, she returned to Malhação as biology teacher Letícia dos Santos.
A major breakthrough came in 2011 when she landed the lead role of Maria Paixão in the SBT telenovela Amor e Revolução, portraying the daughter of a communist journalist during Brazil’s military dictatorship era, opposite Cláudio Lins.
In 2013, she starred as Paula in the Portuguese telenovela Belmonte on TVI.
Her film work includes roles in Docu-Drama as a call girl in 2007, Teus Olhos Meus as Lígia in 2009, and Flordelis – Basta uma Palavra para Mudar.
On stage, Schmitt has performed in productions such as A Exceção e a Regra by Bertold Brecht, Gotham City, Beijos de Verão, Electra, Rapunzel, Limpe todo Sangue Antes que Manche o Carpete, Confronto, and Senhorita Júlia by August Strindberg.
More recently, she has appeared in projects like The Rich and Lazarus and served in roles such as production executive and continuity supervisor.
