How to Change Your Profile Picture on WhatsApp

Open WhatsApp
Start by opening the WhatsApp app on your smartphone.
Make sure you are using the account whose profile picture you want to change.

- Confirm that you are logged in
- Access your account

Open Your WhatsApp Profile
On Android, tap the three-dot menu and select Settings.
On iPhone, tap Settings at the bottom of the screen.
Then tap your name or current profile picture at the top of the screen.

- Locate your current picture

Select Edit Profile Picture
Tap your current profile picture and select the camera or edit icon.
WhatsApp will give you options to choose a picture from your phone’s gallery or take a new photo using your camera.
