How To Draw A Motorbike

Drawing a motorbike may seem challenging at first, but it becomes easier when you break it into simple shapes and steps. This guide is perfect for kids and beginners who want to learn how to draw a motorbike in a fun and easy way.
Step 1: Draw the Wheels
Start by drawing two big circles next to each other but with some space in between. These are the motorbike’s wheels. Make sure they are the same size. Inside each big circle, draw a smaller circle to represent the rims.
Step 2: Connect the Wheels
Next, draw a straight horizontal line connecting the centers of both wheels. This line forms the bike’s lower frame. You can add another short line between the back wheel and the center to show the swingarm, which supports the back wheel.
Step 3: Draw the Body of the Motorbike
Above the line that connects the wheels, draw a slightly curved shape that stretches from the back wheel toward the front wheel. This will be the bike’s main body. Add a seat by drawing a flat, slightly slanted shape on top of the body.
At the front, draw a fuel tank as a small curved bump behind the handlebars. You can also draw the engine by adding small rectangular shapes below the seat area, between the two wheels.
Step 4: Add the Handlebars
At the top of the front wheel, draw a short vertical line going upward. From there, add two lines going out to the sides and slightly upward—these are the handlebars. You can add small circles or rectangles at the ends for the grips.
Step 5: Add Extra Details
Add a headlight at the front of the bike, which can be a small circle above the front wheel. Draw footrests as short lines sticking out below the seat. Add lines to the tires to show tread or rims, and include bolts or small shapes on the engine to show more detail.
Step 6: Outline and Final Touches
Go over your pencil lines with a black pen or marker. Erase any extra or unwanted lines. You can add motion lines or a road underneath to show movement.
Step 7: Color Your Motorbike
Color your motorbike using your favorite colors. Popular choices include red, blue, black, or silver. Make the tires black, and use gray or metallic shades for the engine and other metal parts.
