I always wonder why all Kenyan big mainstream media houses have to go to UNON Gigiri to get Ocampo to address them through a video link. I know that sometimes it’s the only establishment with the good facilities. I have also come to realise that in this age where we have over 3 fiber optic cables and a fourth one is expected, our media houses have some of the slowest internet connections.
Standard Group, Royal Media, Nation Media and Radio Africa are simply not ready to spend on quality internet connection which can basically stream a video.
Anyway, that was not the issue. The issue is that ICC Chief Prosecutor, Ocampo, will be addressing the media from ICC HQ, Hague, and the whole event will also be streamed online through this link. The link is for those speaking English but for the French speakers, check HERE.
