IEBC Now States Say The Leaked Memo Is Not Final
IEBC has come out to term the leaked memo as a document that was still under discussion and that no conclusive actions had been taken pertaining to the memo.

The took to twitter tosay that it was regretable that the memo was in the public domain.
The new leaked doc was internal and still under discussion by the Commission. No final decision has been taken on the issues. Regrettable

It is however clear that three officials have been suspended indfinetly following various concerns that had been raised by the IEBC chairman.
The IEBC awaits the supreme court ruling tomorrow to indicate which areas the commission had failed to lead to a nullification.
Chairman Wafula Chebukati has said that he will meeting with the other commissioners and investigate who is leaking confidential memos to the public..
