Mavoko Deputy Returning Officer, Onesmus kaloki was on Monday arrested for allegedly trying to bribe Maendeleo Chap Chap party agents into handing over copies of forms 34A.
The IEBC official was arrested by DCI officers at a hotel in Mlolongo town.
He is said to have been after copies of presidential and governor results forms.
The two MCC party agents reported the matter saying that Kaloki was pressurizing them into releasing the forms signed at the constituency level.

The duo said that Kaloki started contacting them on Saturday asking for a meet up.
“This man has been calling me since Saturday. He demanded that we meet me so that I surrender copies of the forms,” one agent told the Star.
Onesmus is also said to lied about misplacing the forms. He is being held by the police for questioning.
