    Jaguar Moves To Court To Ask IEBC To Declare Results Without The Four Counties Set To Hold Elections Tomorrow

    njagua, babuStarehe member of parliament Charles Kanyi Njagua also known as jaguar  has moved to court to ask IEBC chairman to declare the results of the fresh presidential election without conducting the polls in the four counties.

    He said that the results of the four counties will not significantly affect the outcome of the presidential elections.

    Jaguar said that his move to court was a bid to protect the business people in those four counties as violence would erupt if elections  were to be held on October 28.

    He applauded Raila Odinga for calling on his supporters to avoid protesting and destruction of property.Jaguar also said that President Uhuru Kentyatta was willing to hold talks with Raila Odinga after the declaration.
