Janel Parrish Goes Public With Sasha Farber Romance Ahead of Divorce Filing

Actress Janel Parrish has publicly confirmed her relationship with Sasha Farber, just a day before filing for divorce from her husband of seven years.

On Monday, the Dancing With the Stars professional dancer shared a series of photos on Instagram, including an image of Parrish kissing him on the cheek. The post also featured moments of the pair dining out, enjoying a barbecue at home, and posing for a selfie together.

“April has been amazing,” Farber captioned the post, appearing to confirm speculation about their relationship.

The following day, Parrish, 37, and her estranged husband Chris Long filed a joint petition to dissolve their marriage. According to reports, the couple—who married in September 2018 in Hawaii—do not share children and have already agreed on key terms, including spousal support, legal fees, and division of property.

Parrish, best known for her role in Pretty Little Liars and the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise, had previously spoken positively about her relationship with Long, once describing them as “an amazing team.”

Rumours of a romance between Parrish and Farber began earlier this month after the pair shared a playful video dancing together. In the clip, Parrish showcased salsa moves alongside Farber, with the video ending in a dramatic dip.

The post quickly drew reactions from fellow Dancing With the Stars cast members, with Peta Murgatroyd commenting “Hard launch?” while Sharna Burgess expressed support. Gleb Savchenko also praised the duo.

Farber, 41, was previously married to fellow Dancing With the Stars professional Emma Slater from 2018 until their split in 2024. He was also briefly linked to reality TV personality Jenn Tran following their partnership on the show, though the pair later separated.
