NASAThere was chaos in Laare, Igembe North on Tuesday as NASA and Jubilee supporters clashed ahead of Raila Odinga’s visit.

The former Prime Minister was going to sensitize his supporters on boycotting the October 26 elections.

Odinga together with his deputy, Kalonzo Musyoka pulled out of the fresh elections citing IEBC’s unpreparedness.

The opposition is opposed to having the elections held on the said date, and is calling for fresh elections complete with nominations in 90 days.

The podium meant to be used by Odinga has been burnt to ashes.

Calm is said to have returned after the police intervened.

Sharing Odinga’s sentiments is Governor Kitui County, Charity Ngilu who has asked Kenyans to boycott the elections.
