    The Judicial Service Commisission has acknowledged receipt of the Petitions against Chief Justice David Maraga which was filed by Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu,Justice Isaac Lenaola and Deputy chief Justice Philomena Mwilu that were both filed by Derrick Malika  Ngumu the Executive Director of Angaza Empowerment Network.

    ‘We acknowledge receipt of the petitions the same shall be tabled before the Judicial Service Commision for directions and consideration in accordance to law,’ Anne Amadi The Chief Registrar earlier stated.
