    Julian Assange Down But Not Out! Supporters Attacking “Enemy” Websites

    The controversial founder of Wikileaks website, Julian Assange, was arrested in London today by the police on behalf of Swedish police on attempted rape allegations. This is the time which bloggers who value openness must come out and support Julian Assange as the US will ultimately want him if at all he will be extradited to Sweden.

    Julian Assange, 39, was detained after attending London police station by appointment at 0930 GMT and is due to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates Court later in the day, the Metropolitan Police said in a statement.

    In the meantime, supporters of Wikileaks founder have continued to attack Pot Finance website and Paypal website bringing the former down. On its Twitter account the group said: “PAYPAL.COM IS DOWN! AND YES WE ARE FIRING NOW!!! KEEP FIRING!”, the Guardian reports.

    Wikileaks has continued to release documents which has injured the reputation of US and has promised to release more if at all he is assasinated or arrested. Julian say that he has handed an encrypted “poison pill” to a group of loyal hackers who will release the damaging cables on BP, US government and Guantanamo Bay if at all anything will happen to him.

    Republican politician, Sarah palin has called for the hunting down and assasination of Julian Assange by US Special forces.
