Kenyans React After Julie Gichuru Meets Richard Quest, Term It As Fake PR

Kenyans are calling out Julie Gichuru and Richard Quest for stage- managing their accidental meet and greet at the Nairobi National park.

In a video posted by Mr Quest, the two appear to randomly meet and greet each other, and then walk away in different directions.

Twitter users say that the gesture seemed stage – managed in a bid to clear their slight ‘tweef’.

“All’s well that ends well” Richard captioned their exchange.

Julie Gichuru recently got embarrassed by CNN presenter Richard Quest after the latter called out the former for misquoting him on his trip in Kenya.

Julie posted a photo of Quest at the Marula Manor with a fake caption,

“Nothing beats the service industry in Kenya…Here I am surrounded by giraffes while having breakfast! In a country declared by the World Bank as the Preferred Investment Destination in Africa…what else can I ask for?”

The duo seem to have ‘made up’, but Kenyans are not having it. Here is some of the reactions:
