Kalonzo Rubbishes Wife’s Death Rumors, Says She’s Alive Though Unwell

Wiper Party leader, Kalonzo Musyoka has dismissed rumors that his wife, Pauline Kalonzo passed away on Tuesday.

Rumors circulating on social media indicated that Mrs Kalonzo had lost her battle to cancer while receiving treatment at cancer clinic in Germany.

She had apparently breathed her last with her sons and husband by her side, Metro FM had indicated.

The former Vice president has refuted the claims but has indicated that she (Pauline) is ‘still unwell and is still receiving treatment.’

Pauline, a former Central Bank of Kenya employee was first admitted at Nairobi Hospital in December 2015 over an undisclosed ailment.

Kalonzo was set to return to Kenya on Saturday, a day after NASA leader Raila Odinga jetted back into the country after his US trip.

Kenyans online have sent their messages of condolence to the family of the 52 year old and mother of four, Pauline Kalonzo.

Social media users have in the past been asked to be aware of fake news and shun spreading ‘insensitive’ news.
