A Kameme FM presenter who was recently bestowed with a presidential medal has been accused of using a gang to attack neighbours in an estate.
According to a report filed at Ruiru police station, Gathoni Wa Muchoma together with a gang of hoodlums attacked Eva Nyawire, seriously injuring her and destroying her car. Police at Membley Police Post refused to arrest the Kameme FM presenter fearing the wrath of President Uhuru Kenyatta who is associated with the radio station.
The victim is appealing to Central Kenya police boss and the Inspector General to intervene and charge the presenter with assault.
