kenya powerKenya Power will disrupt its commercial services from Thursday at 11 pm up until Monday at 4 pm.

The firm will for the three days be upgrading it customer management system including online payments.

The system will also offer customers a self-service element where they can apply for electricity connections, query bills, check, download and print bill statements, and check their consumption patterns, among other services.

Customers will as a result of the upgrade be issued with new account numbers which will be communicated to them through short messages.

“This upgrade will be implemented in phases with the first phase covering Nairobi Region only. It will be launched in other regions throughout the country in subsequent phases,” the firm says in a statement.
