Meghan Markle Joins Sydney Retreat as Prince Harry Shows Support

Meghan Markle made a public appearance at a beachside event in Australia, where she headlined a women-focused retreat in Sydney.

The Duchess of Sussex attended the “Girls’ Weekend” retreat hosted by the Her Best Life at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, where she also joined guests for a gala dinner.

During the event, Meghan took part in an on-stage question-and-answer session with podcast co-host Gemma O’Neill ahead of the opening night dinner. She also interacted with attendees and posed for photos with invited guests.

Although the retreat was limited to women, Prince Harry was present to support his wife from the audience. He was accompanied by Meghan’s longtime friend Markus Anderson, who helped facilitate her participation in the event.

Photos shared by the podcast on social media showed Harry and Anderson seated among attendees as they watched the discussion.

Event organisers praised Meghan’s appearance, highlighting her openness and engagement during the session.

O’Neill revealed that the collaboration was made possible through Anderson, a mutual friend, who connected the podcast team with Meghan in late 2025. She described the Duchess as someone she admires, particularly for her resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
