    With emphasis on Kenya the detailed case study, explains how the fundamental steps of the report can be implemented in practice. Among the various illegal practices that weaken the IT sector worldwide, the unauthorized copying, reproduction, transfer, and usage of copyrighted software are among the most significant threats to the IT industry – the software industry in particular – in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region.
