Migori Woman Representative Involved In Road Accident, One Bodyguard Killed
Migori Woman Representative, Pamela Odhiambo got involved in a grisly road accident on Sunday morning that left one of her bodyguards, Fred Owich, dead.
The accident occurred at Winyo on Rongo-Homa Bay road at about 8 AM on Sunday.
The Representative’s double cabin driver is reported to have been trying to avoid to hit a motorcycle rider when he lost control of the vehicle.
Dr Pamela Odhiambo and two other occupants sustained injuries and were rushed to a Kisumu hospital.
The woman representative is said to have been heading to Homa Bay to join Baringo Senator Gideon Moi in a public rally.
ODM leader, Raila Odinga has sent out a statement to wish Pamela and quick recover and condolences to the bodyguard’s family.
My deep and sincere condolences to the family of Dr Odhiambos body guard Mr Owich who, unfortunately, lost his life in the accident.
