Fake Doctor James Mugo Ndichu, popularly known as Mugo wa Wairimu is wanted by Police for allegedly operating another illegal clinic in Kayole, Nairobi.
Two of his employees were arrested by flying squad on Saturday following complaints from the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.
The two are reported to have been working in the clinic owned by fake doctor Mugo wa Wairimu and also without the required documents.
The flying squad officers recovered materials believed to have been used to procure abortion on patients.
Mugo wa Wairimu was arrested back in 2015 after a video of him sexually assaulting a sedated patient circulated on social media.
He was accused of intentionally sedating the girl and then going ahead to sexually abusing her.
He was also accused of operating an illegal clinic in Githurai and presenting himself as a doctor despite not having registration or being licensed as a physician.
He was charged in court for obtaining money under false pretense, employing unregistered lab technicians and being in possession of and using radiation devices without permit from Radiation Protection Board.
He was released on a KSh2 million bond with a surety of the same amount.
Police are asking the public for help to anyone who my know about his whereabouts.
