Muthama Goes To Court To Stop Government Suspension Of His Passport
Former Machakos senator Johnson Muthama has moved to court to prevent the government from suspending his passport.
His passport was suspended alongside those of 14 NASA leaders after the swearing in ceremony of Raila Odinga.

The persons whose passports were revoked were required to surrender their passports within seven days. Failure to which they passports would be rendered invalid.
The NASA MPs had said that they would ignore the directive to surrender their passports and that the government should do as it pleased.
