    nasaNASA supporters have set on fire a vehicle, shops and businesses along Manyanja road, near Greenspan mall.

    The police have been engaged in running battles with rowdy youths who have been trying to force their way into the sealed off Jacaranda ground.

    Police have lobbed teargas in residential areas. Three people have so far been shot, and have been rushed to the Aga Khan hospital.

    One person has been cut on the head, by supposed outlawed Mungiki sect members.

    Opposition leaders have maintained that the prayer meeting will go on as planned and have asked Nairobi Police Commander to not interfere.

    nasaSpeaking to BBC on Monday, Raila Odinga said that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government is illegitimate and he will continue fighting for electoral justice.

    President Kenyatta, after being sworn in to office for his final term said that he will be President for all Kenyans and will incorporate the opposition’s ideas into his.
