Detectives drawn from the Transnational Organized Crime Unit have rescued nine men from human traffickers.
The victims, all of the Ethiopian origin, are aged between 20 and 36 years.
According to the Directorate of criminal Investigations (DCI), the officers, acting on intelligence raided a rented house on Wednesday rescuing the men.
During the raid, the owner of the house identified as Alexender Kinyanjui, was arrested.
Police reports indicate the men are safe and sound.
The suspect is currently held in police custody as investigations continue.

The incident comes barely two weeks after 25 female victims of human trafficking were rescued in a house belonging to Mr Nicholas Mugambi Waigwa.

The 25 women aged between 24 and 33 years, all Burundians, were set for trafficking to unknown destinations.
The human traffickers; Ms Mercy Kaaia, Ms Lydia Wairimu and Ms Susan Nyambura Nganga were arrested.
