NLAS advertises CEO, multiple senior and junior positions; here’s how to apply

The National Legal Aid Service (NLAS) has announced vacancies for the position of Director/Chief Executive Officer and several other senior and junior positions as part of its latest recruitment drive.
In a notice issued on July 14, 2026, the Service advertised a number of senior management positions, including Senior Deputy Director, Legal Aid, Senior Deputy Director, Human Resource and Administration, Deputy Director, Administration, Deputy Director, ICT, Deputy Director, Finance and Accounts, Deputy Director, Planning, Deputy Director, Corporate Communications, Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management, and Deputy Director, Internal Audit and Risk Assurance.
NLAS is also seeking to recruit nine Assistant Directors for Legal Aid, 10 Senior Legal Aid Officers, 10 Legal Aid Officers, 10 Legal Clerk I officers, four Legal Clerk II officers, four Legal Clerk III officers, four Driver I officers, and five Driver II officers.
Other vacancies advertised include Assistant Director, Administration, Assistant Director, Planning, Principal Finance Officer, Principal Human Resource Management Assistant, Principal Accountant, Principal Planning Officer, Principal Corporate Communications Officer, Senior Records Management Assistant, Senior Accountant, Senior Supply Chain Management Assistant, Human Resource Management Officer I, and Records Management Assistant II.
The Service said the vacancies are on both permanent and pensionable terms as well as contract terms, depending on the position.
