It was just another Monday on Kenya’s newest radio station, NRG Radio, full of controversy and fun.
The hosts, Andrew Kibe and his voluptuous co-host Kamene Goro were having a conversation around the 14th Kenya Primary School Heads Association (Kepsha) Conference at Sheikh Zayed Centre in Nyali constituency, where the school heads were warned against “slay queens.”
According to Kibe, whom Ms Goro referred to as a misogynist, he only insinuated that the former Ebru TV presenter was a “sex worker.”
The NRG Breakfast Club hosts butt heads when Ms Goro interjected Kibe’s “slay queen” story with her Nanyuki story.
The internet sensation that is Kibe then asked if she was travelling to Nanyuki for the same reasons as the said slay queens.
The former TV beauty was apparently infuriated with her co-host saying: “How the f##k do you call me a prostitute live on air?”
During their diary room confessions, Kibe says that he has nothing against commercial sex workers.
But many feel the whole thing was stage managed and is just a ploy to gain listeners.
Kamene has been having her colleague and social media influencer Xtian Dela post random pictures and videos on his Instagram page that has a whooping 278,000 followers.
