    ODM MP Explains Why NASA Wants Muhati, Chiloba Out

    Suba Mp John Mbadi and ODM Chairman has on behalf of NASA made it crystal clear why they (NASA) are objecting in IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba’s involvement in the presidential election slated for October 17, 2017.

    The legislator said the coalition came up with the names of the body’s commissioners who they want gone after going through a report from the Supreme Court explaining why the judges overturned Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.

    ”We are not just throwing names. The Registrar of the Supreme Court’s report is already out explaining where the problems were in the August polls,” he told NTV.

    ”The report mentions issues in the penetration tests that were meant to ascertain the security of the systems. Secondly, there were questions about the security provider and who was responsible for all these? It is Ezra Chiloba,” he continued.

    Explaining how they arrived at ICT Director James Muhati’s name, the Suba Mp said that he was responsible for results transmission system that failed as Head of Directorate Immaculate Kassait was in charge of forms 34A, 34B which were not signed and lacked security features.

    IEBC Chairman, Wafula Chebukati on Tuesday made changes to the team that will be handling the fresh elections.

    Word has it that the above named persons were sent on compulsory leave as they refused to resign.

    Jubilee party has however taken issue with the newly constituted team saying they are known to be partisan.
