Telkom Kenya has assured all Orange customers that they are working on rectifying the disruption experienced earlier this week by some customers using the company’s Orange Internet Everywhere 3G+ internet services.
The intermittent disruptions affecting some customers were occasioned by technical hitches experienced after the migration of the platform that supports the Orange Internet Everywhere 3G+ that took place over the past weekend. The migration and upgrade is aimed at improving the quality of service for all our wireless internet customers.
“The Orange customer care teams on help line 121 from Orange Mobile & 0202222121 from Telkom landline or from other Networks and at all Orange shops are at hand to assist with any queries customers may have regarding the service. We request our customers to be patient with us while we resolve the hitches as trouble shooting of the problems require each concern be addressed specifically as the issues currently being experienced differ from customer to customer”, said Telkom Kenya’s Chief Executive officer, Mickael Ghossein.

Our customers will experience the additional benefits the migration will enable once the hitches are resolved. We remain committed to ensuring that the quality of services on all Orange products remains at its best at all the times and we apologise to all our esteemed customers affected by this problem. We aim at restoring the 3G+ services at the earliest possible opportunity, so that our customers can continue enjoying our quality data services”.
