‘Orange Thursday Poa’ tokens can be redeemed at any Fox or Silverbird Cinema in Nairobi and Kisumu as well as the Nyali Cinemax in Mombasa. The token can be redeemed for any time; any film/movie on  any screens on Orange Thursday

According to the firm’s Head of Corporate Communications, Angela Ng’ang’a-Mumo, the ‘Orange Thursday ’ idea is part of the company’s on-going efforts to reward for the firms subscribers for their continued usage of Orange services.

“We constantly seek to find ways of enhancing the experience that our customers have whenever they use our services. It is with this motive that we are today happy to introduce ‘Orange Thursday ’

And added: “Orange Thursday is an easy programme that we encourage all our existing pre-paid mobile customers to enroll for and enjoy. It offers an opportunity to unwind and catch up with friends, reflecting our brand value of friendliness.”

The launch of Orange Thursday comes hot on the heels of the introduction of the company’s Orange Ziada rewards. Orange Ziada is designed for customers on the Orange pre-paid mobile platform where customers earn 1 bonus point for each shilling (1/-) spent. The loyalty points may then be redeemed for various prizes including SMS;Minutes and a wide variety of handsets.

“Through this scheme, therefore, we are giving our Orange customers an opportunity to enjoy their favorite movies in a cinema of choice every Thursday with their loved ones, giving them yet another reason to be Orange” concluded Mumo.
