    Passengers Heading to Lagos on KQ532 from JKIA Ordered Out After ‘MISTAKE’

    Passengers travelling to Lagos, Nigeria on Kenya Airways flight KQ532 have been ordered out after a passenger going to Lubumbashi, DRC boarded the flight by mistake. The flight to Lagos Nigeria was supposed to depart at 9AM.

    The mistake was discovered on routine cabin crew check when the plane was already taxiing and all passengers were seated. The flight crew managed to have the flight stopped and recalled because of the mistake. The passenger was suppose to be on KQ584 which goes through Ndola and Lubumbashi.

    KQ has been forced to change the whole flight crew after the mistake. Now all bags are being rescanned as the flight is being boarded a fresh. The mistake is likely to cost KQ more as they will have to pay KAA more to handle the passengers a fresh.
