Raila Odinga Willing To Change Mind On Elections If IEBC Meets His Demands

NASA leader Raila Odinga has today held a meeting with IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati.He said  that he was willing to change his position on the October 26 elections if his demands were met.

If proper consultations are done, proper reforms carried out and fears addressed we will reconsider,” he said.

The former Prime Minister said that after talking with Wafula Chebuti he was willing to hold talks with Uhuru Kenyatta as long as the talks were not inclined ‘nusu mkate’ power sharing.

Raila Odinga asked the IEBC chairman to postpone the election as the chairman on his admission said that it was not possible to ensure a credible process with the the Commission as currently constituted.

Uhuru Kenyatta has however declined holding talks with the opposition leader saying that the only talks he will hold are with the people of Kenya while asking for votes.

NASA had presented irreducible minimums which mainly called for the resignation of CEO Ezra Chiloba.
