Raila Threatens To Fire Marwa Should He Win August Poll

The NASA brigade took its campaigns to Mombasa County led by its presidential flag bearer, Raila Odinga. The opposition has been camping in Hassan Joho’s backyard since yesterday, a day after Jubilee.

Raila Odinga is in the south selling his party’s agenda and has in the same breath vowed to fire Coast Regional Coordinator, Nelson Marwa should he win the August poll.

According to the former Premier, Marwa has openly showed bias despite him being a civil servant. He accused Nelson of getting himself mixed up in politics and openly showing support for the ruling party.

The ODM party leader said that public servants with traits similar to those of Marwa will not have a place in his government.

His Running Mate Kalonzo Musyoka echoed his words saying that the likes of Marwa have no place in any democratic society.

Nelson Marwa has been seen as an obstacle in Joho’s administration with the two being constantly on each others throats.
