Odinga who lost to the incumbent, Uhuru Kenyatta has however pointed out that the election was a sham but will not be taking the matter to court.
”We do not want to incur unnecessary expenses to pay the cost of a petition when it’s not decided based on the merits,” he said.
He has asked the United Nations for help in analyzing the presidential results.
”We will show the kind of charade that the world has been treated to. What we want is the UN to appoint a team of experts to help us with the analysis of the results,” he continued.

”There is no point people going to elections in the future, queuing for hours to vote or running around for months campaigning. At the end of the day it’s the computer at the national tallying centre that’s making the decision.”
Raila will be making public the presidential results on Tuesday.
The IEBC declared Uhuru Kenyatta the winner of the presidential election, having garnered 8.2 million votes against Odinga’s 6.9 million votes.
