Safaricom Unlimited Internet Offer Over but Safaricom is not Talking

Safaricom’s Unlimited internet offer which used to go for Ksh 999 for a period of 7 days, has ended but there is no word from Safaricom on that. This are the acts which amounts to conmanship to me.

After contacting Safaricom CEO this morning, his answer was “There was an ending date as far as I know”.

Now when the promotion was launched, the first advert had an expiry date of February 8th. But that was promptly removed and I contacted a senior Safaricom manager. The manager told me that the  promotion is not ending soon. So I was surprised to get a tip from a Safaricom Customer Care official that the promotion ended on 1st March.

So why is Safaricom withholding that info from its clients? Is this not conning?
