The Sarit Centre is open once again after facing fire earlier this month. They opened their shop today morning, welcoming guests with juice and cookies to thank them for the continued support.

A banner inside the Mall read, “We are working tirelessly to restore this area and give you a complete shopping experience as soon as possible. We sincerely thank you for your prayers, support and good wishes.”

Most shops in the building are open apart from Bata, Twiga Car Hire & Tours, Copy X’press, Shah Chemists, Africolour Labs, Mocca, Truworths, Kenya Power, SWS Aculaser Weight Loss Institute and Beauty Quest.

Fire broke out at the mall earlier in the month sending businesses located there into losses that count to millions. Officials declared it structurally sound but repairs had to be made in some areas.

Here is a tweet they posted earlier:

Three words everyone will love to hear! We’re now open! Pop into the Sarit Centre with your family and friends and let’s create even more fond memories at your favourite mall. pic.twitter.com/3jBD3DSuaQ
