Sophia Umansky Opens Up About Breast Lift Surgery Following Weight Changes on Mounjaro

Reality TV personality and influencer Sophia Umansky has candidly documented undergoing a breast lift procedure, attributing the decision to body changes linked to the weight-loss medication Mounjaro.

The Buying Beverly Hills star shared the process with her followers on TikTok, explaining that fluctuations in weight left her seeking a surgical adjustment.

“At first, I lost a ton of weight very rapidly and then I gained weight back. Now I feel like I’m finally able to balance out at a perfect medium,” she said. “My girls are not sitting where I want them to be sitting. They’re like hanging real low.”

Umansky said she opted for a breast lift without implants, noting that her surgeon, Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, had previously performed a breast reduction on her mother, reality star Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body, and that’s always the goal,” she said, also revealing she briefly considered a fat transfer from her hips for added volume.

In follow-up posts, Umansky documented her pre-surgery preparations, including moments with Richards, who accompanied her to the hospital and expressed support for her decision.

“I am really excited that Sophia is not getting implants,” Richards said in one clip. “We’re excited.”

Before surgery, Umansky gave fans a glimpse of her pre-operative routine, though the procedure itself was not shown on camera. Later, Richards thanked the medical team in a post-surgery update, while the surgeon confirmed the operation had gone smoothly.

“All done. Couldn’t be better,” he said.

After returning home, Umansky appeared groggy but in good spirits, joking that recovery felt “a little more painful than going to Pilates,” before laughing about taking pain relief medication.

While many followers praised her openness, others criticized her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery. Responding to one negative comment calling the procedure “insane and sad,” Umansky simply replied, “I’m so happy though…”
