Mbogo who was beaten by the singer turned politician will be filing his petition on Wednesday.
The billionaire has said that ‘justice will prevail.’
”We are not to simply bandage the wounds of victims beneath the wheels of injustice, we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself. Filing my petition tomorrow at 9am … Starehe constituents have spoken … Justice must prevail,” he said on Instagram.

Steve came in second garnering 38,294 votes against Jaguar’s 61,262 votes. Third was activist, Boniface Mwangi who got 15,877 votes.
Aden Duale, leader of majority in the National Assembly has also had his win challenged by Faraah Maalim who felt the elections were marred by irregularities.
Anne Waiguru and Machakos’ Alfred Mutua have also had their wins challenged.
