    Suspected Land Grabbers Spotted Surveying Government Land in Langata

    Langata estate residents are complaining that a group of individuals believed to be eying the government between Southern bypass and Uhuru Gardens land in the estate are out on the prowl.

    According to the residents, the seven individuals seems to have grabbed the land and are already bringing in materials to the site for construction of what they can’t explain.

    There are no boards explaining who the contractor is and what he/she is building but the residents believe that this can only mean that there are a lot to hide.

    The group of individuals started visiting the piece of land two weeks go.

    Estate residents complained to the area chief who only showed up much later feigning all manner of inconveniences. The residents suspect that the Chief might be part of the cartels or those who are aware of the intentions to grab the piece.

    One of the people believe to be leading the team of developers for the grabber is a Mr. Titus Kariuki
