In October another Tahmeed Bus, KBN 399F was impounded by the National Transport and Service Authority (NTSA) for reckless driving.

This was after a video went viral of the bus being driven beyond the speed limit along the busy Nairobi-Mombasa Highway.

“Our attention has been drawn to a footage of the above mentioned bus being driven carelessly along Nairobi-Mombasa highway… The Authority has summoned officials of the company, driver and impounded the bus awaiting inspection,” NTSA said in a statement.
