A senior Kenya Revenue Authority employee Said Mohamed Osman has been accused by his wife of constantly battering her and causing grievous bodily harm.

Said who works with KRA’s Road Transport Division, has been accused of repeatedly battering his 27 year old wife that it has now forced the young lady to flee with serious bodily harm.

While the lady has sought to have Said Osman arrested, Said has used all his finances in ensuring that the woman get’s no justice. In various recorded audio and videos in our possession, Said can be heard threatening to kill the woman.

The assault case was reported at the Akila police station in Nairobi’s South C estate under OB No. 15/22/01/2018 but the police did not arrest the assailant after the complainant reported the case.

    Said Mohamed Osman

The police report indicated that the lady who according to hospital records had injuries from a blunt was allegedly hit by her husband by a metal rod on the head.

The wife was treated at the Nairobi hospital with serious cut on the head and on the forehead. She was lucky as the injuries that she sustained did not affect her brain. No arrests have been made three months after this case was reported to the police.

Domestic violence is still rampant in Kenyan household but women tend to keep quiet because usually the husbands bribe the police officers where such matters have been reported but no actions is usually taken on the assailants.
