National Super Alliance (NASA) has dropped Homa Bay Woman Representative, Gladys Wanga from its list of nominees to the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC).
Instead, she has been replaced by Vihiga Senator, George Khaniri who joins Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa and Ben Momanyi (Borabu).
On Wednesday, Khaniri’s name was missing from the list, replaced with that of Makueni Senator, Mutula Kilonzo Jnr.
Majority leader Aden Duale moved a notice of motion to approve the names of the seven PSC nominees but conveniently missing from the list was Mutula’s name.
The move sparked emotions amongst members of the opposition with the leader of minority, John Mbadi insisting that Momanyi’s name was not in their list of nominees.
“The communication from the minority can only be done by me. No other person can purport to communicate NASA coalition decisions,” Mbadi said.

Momanyi enjoys support from the majority party which means that his bid will easily sail through.
Jubilee members already received a directive from its leadership to vote out Wanga and Jumwa.
