    We Do Not Have Money To Fund Some Projects – Cs Henry Rotich

    Treasury CS Henry Rotich Has said that the country is currently cannot be able to fund some of the projects.  He said that the shortfall was as a result of prolonged election period and drought.

    The CS appeared before the senate to explain why the government had decided to cut down on county allocation by Sh.15billion.

    Henry Rotich the government was proposing to amend the  Division of revenue act to reduce the revenue allocation to counties.

    This report comes just a day after the auditor general had said that close to Sh.40 billion was not accounted for last year.
