The police have in their custody two people who they believe were connected to IEBC ICT manager, Chris Msando’s murder.
Director of Criminal Investigations, Ndegwa Muhoro on Thursday said that the court had granted them custodial orders to help them complete the ongoing investigations.
”We have in our custody two suspects who are under investigation for the murder. We applied and the court granted us custodial orders to help us finalize the probe,” Muhoro said.

He noted that the investigators were yet to establish the motive behind the murder but had questioned several suspects.
Chris was strangled to death and his body dumped in a thicket in Kikuyu, Kiambu county a week before the elections.
During his requiem mass held on Thursday, his widow, Eva Buyu asked that justice be served.
Msando will be buried on Saturday in Ugenya, Siaya county.
