Peace ambassador and rapper Octopizzo will be among the team managers in the first ever Hoops 4 peace Basketball exhibition game that will be held on 25 August 2017.
The exhibition game is aimed at promoting peace among the youth through the sport.
Organiser and Founder of the NCBL basket ball league, James Mavisi said that all proceeds from this game will go towards helping the basketball training programs for kids in areas affected by the recent violence such as Mathare and Kibera.
Renowned rapper Octopizzo will be the team manager for one the teams during this exhibition match.

Kenyan players who play for international leagues will captain the teams. Wichita State Shockers center, Bush Wamukota will captain one team whereas former Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks star Tylor Ongwae will captain the other. Other stars will include US based Ronnie Gundo, 2015 Kenya Most valuable player Victor Odendo among others.
The game will bring together all Kenyans who stand for peace.
