Kiambu residents are an agitated lot after their newly elected Woman Representative, Gathoni wa Muchomba refused to take a pay cut as recommended by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).

The former Kameme Fm presenter was heavily criticized by Kenyans for not taking a pay cut yet she was yet to be sworn in.

Kiambu residents are now seeking to recall Ms Muchomba.
