The Supreme Court Judges on Monday granted NASA access to IEBC servers.

The court has allowed NASA access to read only access to select data and equipment used by the IEBC to transmit and conduct the elections.

The seven judge bench has however rejected Raila Odinga’s request for unfettered access to the electoral commission servers.

Justice Isaac Lenaola said the coalition would be allowed a read only copy of information relating to the number of servers.

The Judge also directed that the petitioners be given access to login trails of users into the IEBC servers and firewalls without endangering their software.

They were also granted access to certified soft copies of forms 34A and 34B.
