Siaya Senator James Orengo received the detailed judgement of the annulled Presidential election form the Chief Justice David Maraga on Saturday evening, Moses Kuria has alleged.
The Gatundu South legislator made the said allegations asking for his own copy of the judgement set to be released on Tuesday.
He said: ” How comes the Supreme Court selectively gave the detailed judgement to James Orengo yesterday? Can i have a copy too?”
The vocal Mp did however noted that he has nothing but ‘profound respect for CJ Maraga’ but did not comprehend how he could selectively hand over the judgement.
Kuria on Thursday spoke out against a petition filed by Nyeri town Mp, Ngunjiri Wambugu seeking removal from office of Maraga.

The Kiambu legislator said that Wambugu was largely out of order.
The Jubilee camp has however accused the CJ of working with the NASA camp to frustrate President Uhuru Kenyatta’s presidency.
