    African Leaders To Attend Global Business Forum In Dubai

    african leadersDubai is set to host next months Global Business Forum on Africa, an event that many are highly anticipating.

    According to reports, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be in charge of the conference which is set to take place on November 1 and 2, 2017.

    Several African leaders are expected to attend including Presidents Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Danny Faure of Seychelles, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda, Ameenah Gurib-Fakim of Mauritius and Edgar Lungu of Zambia.

    President and CEO of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Hamad Buamim acknowledged the fact that such events have given Dubai much needed global recognition and have been able to build global economic partnerships.

    “The Global Business Forum on Africa, which is set for an unprecedented top-tier attendance, including distinguished African heads of state and ministers, is testament to Dubai’s firm position on the global economic map,” Mr Buamim said.

    The event will take place at Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah and will host over 1,000 experts from a variety of industries.

    “With the Global Business Forum series, Dubai has managed to offer a truly global platform, allowing top officials, decision makers and investors to explore the prospects of economic partnership and co-operation among international markets,” added Buamim.

    The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched the initiative back in 2012.
